Compared to butyl inner tubes, a weight saving of 100 grams or more can be achieved for the entire bike. The Aerothan Tube Race can be used not only for excellent puncture protection, but also for descents: it remains absolutely heat-resistant even after several emergency stops in quick succession with rim brakes.

Aerothan Tubes are made of 100% thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) (including the valve) and are therefore completely recyclable.
